It's true that a plethora of trades have impacted the course of teams and altered the NBA's landscape over its glittering past. These trades have changed the course of history forever, creating stars that reshaped the game.

10. Carmelo Anthony to the New York Knicks

The Denver Nuggets, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Carmelo Anthony were all traded to the New York Knicks in a three-way deal back in 2011. Although Anthony's entry brought the Knicks a spark and excitement, the team's success throughout his seven-year career was confined to one postseason series win.

Kyrie Irving was traded to the Boston Celtics after the Cavaliers won the NBA title in 2016. The Cavaliers obtained Isaiah Thomas, Ante Zizic, and Jae Crowder as substitutes for Irving.
